MailChimp offers technical solutions for the design, sending and analysis of newsletter campaigns. If you register for our newsletter by providing your e-mail address, your e-mail address will be transmitted to the servers of MailChimp in the USA and stored there. If you open a newsletter sent with MailChimp, a connection to the servers of MailChimp in the USA will be established. Thus, it can be determined, that you have opened our newsletter and which link, included in the newsletter, you clicked on. In addition, technical information such as the time of retrieval, your IP address, browser type and operating system are transmitted to the MailChimp servers in the USA.

We use MailChimp in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO in the legitimate interest of an appealing design of our newsletter and the adaptation of the contents of our newsletter to the interests of the recipients.
